The program gives you the space to recharge, reflect and refocus the mind, body and soul. This you will achieve in the company of like-minded professionals and trained instructors.

Residential retreat caters for 50 professionals (ideally 21 to 35yrs) who have a keen interest in developing their knowledge, understanding, practice and skills. You should be open to a diversity of thought and have aspirations to become positive role models and changemakers.
